Hi I’m Katherine here originally frOm California. I don’t want to remember much about those years when I simply couldn’t bear a child. Thank god, I had all my well wishers and friends by my side throughout my mental and physical suffering. Finally when Angela happened, she changed my life for good. I am so much more positive towards everything I shunned away from earlier. Imagine this!, I gave birth at 39. (I dreaded it for a long time through). Now with everything going by our side, (touchwood), Jeff encouraged me to start this website on child birth and infertility issues. It is now a call in my life that i should share my experience with women like myself, who wants to get cured of the curse that haunted me once. Never did I think, being a happy mom at this age was possible, and that it would be so satisfying.
Dear Friend, if you have anything, just anything in mind you want to ask, please don’t hesitate to contact me on katherineguide@gmail.com

How To Get Pregnant FastHow would you like to know
how to get pregnant fast? This question give rise to varying responses from different people. Romance and emotion do play their part in the decision of having a baby.
How to Get Pregnant Fast Easily
Most newly wed couples take necessary protection against having a baby too quickly. This is hardly surprising, given the natural instinct of motherhood in ladies. A wife always wants to become a mother, because it gives her a feeling of fulfillment. Then, even in a wildly competitive world, where the cost of everyday living runs into thousands, the craving for a baby stays high.
The welfare and healthiness of both the mother and the child, who would be seeing the light of the world soon, is of paramount importance. Hence, a careful perusal of the following discussion is necessary:
• Women should start preparing to become a mother, at least 3 to 4 months prior to the actual delivery,
• Holistic measures for the maintenance of good health conditions is necessary for both the mother and child,
• It is of upmost importance that no drugs of intoxication are consumed,
This is because both the pre-delivery and post-delivery periods are generally rather stressful for them, and
• For maintaining the desirable health conditions, minerals, proteins (that are easy to digest) and minerals should be consumed in adequate amounts.

It is also crucial to pay attention to some other important factors. Some such factors are:
? Thorough knowledge of one’s own body ? The period of ovulation in a woman is the ideal time for her to
conceive a baby. Thus, she should be aware of the time of ovulation. There are, fortunately, many ways to find out what the time of ovulating would be. The ‘Post Ovulation Time’ (also termed the Luteal Phase) has to be estimated. This period, i.e., the time between ovulating and the date of commencement of the menstrual cycle, generally is fixed at 14 days in most women. The period starts after the length of the Luteal Phase, or 14 days after the occurrence of ovulation. There is an alternative way to find out the period of ovulation, which is based on the Basal Body Temperature method (i.e., the BBT technique).
? When does sexual union helps in conception the most? ? This information is necessary, since it ensures that the sperms of the best quality enter the female body at the time of ovulation. Sperms should have quick reaction time when a woman ovulates. Hence, fresh sperm is required to be present in the body of the female immediately before ovulating. However, there may occur certain problems in the sperm of the males too. In such cases, men should not be releasing sperms, for a minimum of 3 days before the scheduled day of sexual union. These data is extremely important, in case you are wondering how to get pregnant.
? The ideal frequency of lovemaking for higher chances of conceiving ? Among other factors, a correct estimate of the ovulation period in women and the overall physique of men determine the ideal frequency of sexual union. There is a school of thought that, sperm count goes down, with a resultant weakening of the male sperm, if intercourse is held everyday. Conversely, others tend to think that the male sperm becomes ineffective, old and stale (with much lower potency) if it remains within the testicles, due to prolonged periods of abstinence. It is generally recommended that, sexual union, during the period of female ovulation, should be held about once in every 2 days.
It is always better to provide holistic solutions to the question of how to get pregnant fast. Such an approach helps to gain an insight about the inner workings of our body, and the reasons for not conceiving earlier. It also comes up with several usable solutions to this problem, including medicines and herbs of Chinese origin as well as changes in eating habits and overall lifestyle. Suitable exercise methods and, if required, acupuncture is also recommended. Unlike the conventional methods, the holistic approach has no adverse side effects, and has a much higher chance of providing the desired results. Hence, in these cases, holistic approach works much better than conventional ways.

New research suggests that the radiation given out by mobile phones reduces ***** count by up to 30%.
A lot of concerns have been expressed by some male members of the public about the implications of prolonged cell phone exposure to male ***** cells. Considering the possible hazards, several considerations were taken into account.
Researchers of Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University Ohio evoked, that prolonged cell phone use may damage ***** in male users.
Subsequently, the findings were presented at the American Society of Reproductive Medicine conference in New Orleans. The findings were actually based on a study of 361 men attending the clinic for infertility tests. The men were divided into four groups: One group with no cell phone usage; one group that used cell phones less than two hours a day; a group who were exposed for two to four hours a day and a group with more than four hours a day of cell phone usage.
The men who used their cell phones in excess of four hours showed a 30 % drop in ***** motility and viability when compared to the men who did not use cell phones. Thus, the ***** count, quality, and shape were also reduced with each level of increased phone usage.
According to Dr. Ashok Agarwal, “There was a significant decrease in the most important measures of ***** health and that should definitely be reflected in a decrease in fertility which is seen worldwide”. Mobiles could have a devastating effect on fertility but it still has to be proven, he stressed.
In addition, he suggested that cell phones might be harming the DNA of the phone users, disrupting their testosterone-producing cells, or shrinking the tubules that create *****. He noted that the small study did not prove that male fertility was affected by cell phone use, thus he suggested that further investigation is necessary.
On the other hand, scientists who have heard the results requested that factors such as age, weight, smoking, stress and sedentary occupations should be considered.
Alan Pacey, Senior lecturer in Andrology at Sheffield University, U.K said “If you’re using your phone for four hours a day, then it is out of your pocket”. Thus, the question would be how is it that testicular damage is supposed to occur? If you are holding it up to your head to speak, it makes no sense it is having a direct effect on your testes”, he stressed. He added that people who use a phone for four hours a day spend more time sitting, which could mean there is a heat issue. It could be that they are more stressed, or more sedentary. Thus, he pointed out that those factors seem to be better explanations than a phone causing the damage at such a great distance.
Furthermore, Alasdair Philips, director of the consumer pressure group Powerwatch added, “Sperm is very temperature sensitive as shown by many studies, and a short-term rise in temperature could be responsible. He theorized that mobile phones may only heat the groin area when men are doing things like sending text messages while the cell phone is in their lap.
All these new researches were taken into consideration however, the final point is though scientists say that cellular phones can be linked to male infertility, further research has to be conducted to confirm the findings and establish how exactly ***** production is affected by radiation given out by mobile phones.
